We place skilled professionals with major clients across the United States — and we're growing fast.We're building a dedicated offshore recruiting operations team in India and want to train the next generation of talent acquisition professionals from the ground up.What This Role Actually IsThis is a recruiting operations internship — not a data entry or generic admin role. You'll learn how the US staffing industry works, how to identify and engage top candidates, and how to manage recruiting pipelines that support real client accounts.If you're sharp, hungry, and want a career in HR, talent acquisition, or business operations — this is your launchpad.What You'll DoSource and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platformsWrite and post job descriptions for active client requirementsConduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedulingMaintain and update recruiting pipelines and trackersResearch talent markets across US-based industry verticals (telecom, IT, title search)Support senior recruiters with reporting, database management, and workflow improvementWho Should ApplyFresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experienceDegree in MBA (HR or General Management), BBA, , Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, or EngineeringComfortable working US business hours (partial overlap required — evenings IST)Strong written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with US-based teams dailyWhat We're Looking ForCuriosity about people — what motivates them, what they're looking for, how to connect them to opportunityStrong written communication — clear, professional, no fluffOrganized and detail-oriented — recruiting is pipeline management at its coreSelf-starter who takes ownership without being micromanagedInterest in building a long-term career in talent acquisition or HR operationsBonus (Not Mandatory)Prior internship or project in HR, recruiting, sales, or researchFamiliarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or any ATS platformExposure to US or international business environmentsWhat You GetHands-on training in full-cycle US recruiting operationsDirect mentorship from senior US-based recruiting and operations leadershipExposure to multiple industries — telecom, IT infrastructure, title searchPerformance-based full-time offer for top performersA real career foundation — not busy work
