Role: Technical Analyst & Full-Stack Developer – Problem Management (3+ Years Experience)JOB Summary: We’re seeking a relentless Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical puzzles and driving long-term stability across enterprise systems. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves to build, analyze, optimize, and prevent problems before they happen.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Problem Identification and Technical Analysiso Conduct detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and production issues.o Identify systemic problems, propose corrective actions, and drive long-term remediation.o Analyze logs, metrics, and system behavior to detect patterns and prevent future failures.o Maintain problem records, documentation, and action plans in alignment with ITIL practices.o Collaborate with support, QA, infrastructure, and product teams to validate findings and implement solutions.o Recommend improvements to architecture, monitoring, alerting, and operational proc• Full Stack Developmento Design, develop, test, and deploy front-end and back-end features and enhancements.o Build and maintain scalable APIs, services, and integrations.o Implement code fixes and enhancements identified through problem investigations.o Ensure code quality through reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.o Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability.• Technical Skillso Backend experience with one or more: Node.js, Java, .NET, Python, or Go.o Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.o Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and server-side architecture.o Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).o Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).o Monitoring & logging tools: Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog.o Version control using Git.• Cross Functional Collaborationo Work with Development, infra, data teams and change management, release management to improve overall quality and deliver the fix/solutiono Facilitate communication between incident management and management regarding the defect status and its resolutiono Attend the demos of Scrum teams to understand the new product features and the fix for the production defects• Preferred Experienceo Prior involvement in Problem Management, SRE, or Production Support.o Experience with automation for monitoring, alerting, or issue detection.o Exposure to ITIL processes.• Reporting and Documentationo Maintain and report the metrics and trends to the management• Any other duties assigned by the managerAccountability - Understand, adhere to and enforce all corporate policies.QUALIFICATIONS (Educational Background, Professional Experience, Skills, Knowledge, Competencies)Equivalent Education Level Required:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Information TechnologyExperience Required:• Six to Eight years of experience in Banking / Insurance Industry• Good knowledge and understanding the best practices of Problem Management• Good Analytical, Hands on with the Error log Analysis and arrive a conclusion• Experience with Data analysis• Proficiency with tools such as Rally/Jira, Elastic Logs, Rocket Logs, AWS Logs, ServiceNow, AI tools/connectors.Knowledge Required:Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to a changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
