We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HVAC Draftsman. The role involves the preparation of HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and bill of quantities (BOQs) for various projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning systems with hands-on expertise in AutoCAD.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed HVAC shop drawings using AutoCAD based on design and site requirements.Prepare HVAC material submittals in line with project specifications.Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material take-off preparation for estimation and procurement.Ensure HVAC designs adhere to relevant standards, codes, and project requirements.Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.Update and revise drawings as per site conditions and design changes.Key Skills and Competencies:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC drafting/design.Proficient in AutoCAD for HVAC shop drawing preparation.Good understanding of AC Systems - DX, Chilled Water, VRV, VRF etc.Strong ability to read and interpret HVAC design and construction drawings.Experience in preparing BOQs and material take-offs.Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.Familiarity with HVAC codes and standards is an advantage.
