Job Description – Chartered Accountant (Compliance Officer)Location: GIFT City, GandhinagarExperience: Qualified CA with minimum 3+ years post-qualification experienceKey Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant meeting the mandatory 3-year experience criteriaStrong business acumen with ability to align compliance with commercial objectivesBasic drafting skills for policies, regulatory submissions, and documentationKey Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with IFSC, SEBI, RBI and other applicable regulatory frameworksDevelop, review and implement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controlsHandle regulatory filings, reporting, and liaison with authoritiesMonitor regulatory changes and advise business teams on implicationsSupport audits, inspections, and ensure timely closure of observationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a strong compliance culturePreferred:Experience in financial services, AIF, fund management, or IFSC/GIFT City ecosystemExposure to compliance advisory, governance frameworks, and risk management
