Shiv Infinium prides itself on building lasting partnerships through personalized service, trust, and collaboration.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced BIM Engineer with proven experience on U.S.-based projects, particularly in industrial, mission-critical (data centers), and electrical systems. This role requires a professional who can independently handle the complete BIM modeling lifecycle—from model creation to coordination and final deliverables—while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders. This is a full-time remote position for a BIM Engineer. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) to support the successful execution of construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating construction drawings, coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs, and collaborating with architecture and civil engineering teams. The BIM Engineer will also ensure compliance with project specifications, maintain project documentation, and support sustainable building practices.QualificationsProficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software tools and methodologies.Strong knowledge of creating and interpreting Construction Drawings.Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into building designs.Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering, including a solid understanding of structural design principles.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality project outcomes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; relevant certifications in BIM are a plus.Experience in construction or engineering project delivery is advantageous but not mandatory.Develop and maintain BIM models (LOD 300–500) using Revit and related toolsCreate detailed electrical and MEP models for industrial and mission-critical facilitiesPerform clash detection, coordination, and resolution using Navisworks or similar toolsGenerate shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built modelsEnsure compliance with U.S. codes, standards, and BIM execution plans (BEP)Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractorsManage model data, families, templates, and project standardsParticipate in coordination meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholdersRequired Qualifications4–7+ years of BIM experience with U.S. project exposure (mandatory)Strong expertise in:Autodesk RevitNavisworksAutoCADHands-on experience in:Industrial projectsMission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers)Electrical systems modelingAbility to independently manage end-to-end BIM modeling workflowsStrong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination processesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Familiarity with Dynamo or BIM automation toolsExposure to international project collaboration environmentsWhat We OfferContract role with high potential for full-time conversionOpportunity to work on U.S.-based, high-impact projectsCollaborative and technically driven work environmentCareer growth in mission-critical and advanced BIM delivery
