Role OverviewThe IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting IT operations at the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring system reliability, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting ERP systems, and enabling efficient digital workflows across production and corporate functions.Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure ManagementMaintain and monitor network systems (LAN/WAN), servers, and hardware infrastructureEnsure system uptime across manufacturing and office environmentsInstall, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systemsERP and Software SupportProvide operational support for ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Pharma ERP)Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendorsEnsure smooth functioning of modules related to inventory, production, and financeCompliance and Data IntegritySupport IT compliance aligned with WHO-GMP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11Maintain data integrity and proper documentation practicesAssist during audits, inspections, and validation activitiesCybersecurity and Data BackupImplement and monitor IT security protocols and access controlsManage data backup systems and disaster recovery processesEnsure protection against unauthorized access and data breachesUser SupportProvide technical support to departments including Production, QA, QC, and AccountsTroubleshoot hardware and software issuesConduct basic training sessions for usersVendor CoordinationCoordinate with IT vendors and service providersManage AMC contracts and ensure timely maintenanceQualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or EngineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in IT operationsWorking knowledge of:Networking (LAN/WAN)Windows / Linux systemsERP softwareHardware troubleshootingPreferred SkillsExperience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environmentsUnderstanding of regulatory compliance and audit requirementsExposure to LIMS or QMS systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood communication and coordination skillsApplication ProcessInterested candidates may send their resume to Subject: Application for IT Executive – Manufacturing Unit
