Be the tech hero our team counts on—own local IT, support ~70 colleagues, and help shape our future with modern Microsoft tools.We’re a growing company of ~70 people looking for a hands-on IT Support Technician to keep our team connected and productive. You’ll be our go-to person for local IT needs, working closely with our remote CTO to support employees, maintain infrastructure, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What You’ll DoBe the first point of contact for IT support (Windows laptops, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint).Manage user accounts and devices through Azure Active Directory.Maintain local infrastructure: firewalls, wireless access points, switches.Support conference room systems (AV, video conferencing).Handle routine IT tasks: updates, patches, backups, asset tracking.Collaborate with the CTO on IT projects and improvements.What We’re Looking For4–6 years of IT support or system admin experience.Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, Office 365, Azure AD).Familiarity with networking basics and AV/conference systems.Problem-solver with great communication skills.Independent, organized, and customer focused.Why Join UsCompetitive pay and benefits.Direct collaboration with leadership on IT strategy.Opportunity to grow beyond helpdesk work.A dynamic environment with modern tools and tech.
