Perform initial consultations and take a detailed medical historyMonitor patient’s progress post OT procedures as per protocolsAssist in scan room procedures Preparing Discharge SummariesMaintain accurate and clear medical recordsUpdate patient records in ARTisCounsel patients on their fertility options, provide ongoing care & emotional supportConduct Financial counselling in absence of Counsellor or during busy OP days at Centre for SA (Semen Analysis), DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index) etcAssist & accompany during the Out-Reach Camps (ORC’s)Adhere to protocols given by Clinical Head / Consultant.Collaborate with all the departments to provide comprehensive care to patientsAssist the Clinical HeadEnsure patient safety, confidentiality at all times. Assist on Sundays for In-house camps. (Compensatory off will be generated which can be taken later)Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in fertility treatmentAny other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to timeTravel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
