We encourage a positive work environment, ownership, individual growth and initiative. About the Role: We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to build and scale the core logic behind Lucio’s AI-native legal platform. This role is focused on designing high-performance backend systems that power document intelligence, AI workflows, and complex legal use cases. You’ll work closely with AI engineers and product teams to take models, prompts, and research outputs and turn them into reliable, production-ready backend services.
