Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to gather business and technical requirementsDesign and implement solutions using:Adobe CampaignAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)Configure and manage:Campaign workflows, journeys, and automationsAudience segmentation and personalization strategiesBuild and manage data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrationsPerform data modeling for customer data (XDM preferred)Develop and integrate solutions using APIs and SDKsMust-Have SkillsHands-on experience with Adobe Campaign OR AEP/AJOStrong SQL & database expertise (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL etc.)Experience with JavaScript & REST APIsUnderstanding of data models, ETL, and data pipelinesExperience in campaign management / marketing automationAbility to work in a client-facing consulting roleStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsGood to HaveExperience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) & Journey Optimizer (AJO)Knowledge of XDM (Experience Data Model)Exposure to CDP (Customer Data Platform) conceptsExperience with HTML/CSSUnderstanding of multi-channel marketing (email, web, mobile, CRM)Engagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
