The role involves workforce planning, labour law compliance, contractor management, employee relations, and ensuring efficient deployment of labour resources to support business operationsResponsibilities1. Labour Operations ManagementOversee labour deployment across all regional locations.Ensure adequate manpower availability based on operational requirements.Monitor labour productivity and optimize workforce utilization.2. Compliance & Labour LawsEnsure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.Coordinate with legal and HR teams regarding labour-related matters.Manage documentation related to labour contracts, wages, and statutory benefits.3. Contractor & Vendor ManagementManage relationships with labour contractors and staffing agencies.Evaluate contractor performance and ensure service quality.Ensure contractors comply with company policies and labour regulations.4. Workforce PlanningDevelop national-level labour strategies aligned with business growth.Forecast labour requirements and coordinate recruitment through contractors or agencies.5. Employee RelationsAddress labour grievances and disputes in coordination with HR.Promote a positive and safe working environment.Facilitate communication between management and labour workforce.6. Cost Control & BudgetingMonitor labour costs and optimize expenses.Implement cost-effective labour management practices without compromising productivity.7.
