Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive – US Market (India)Location: India preferably in Hyderabad (Supporting US – West Coast Region) (Working in Shift and full support until minimum 3.00 PM PST)Experience: 10 Years (Inside Sales / Account Management)Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationshipsUnderstand client business needs and proactively provide suitable solutionsEnsure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolutionAccount & Financial ManagementManage end-to-end PO Tracking, Resource Tracking, invoicing, billing, and account-related transactions with accuracy and timelinessCoordinate with finance teams and admin teams to ensure proper tracking of payments, collections, time sheets and account reconciliationsMaintain clear documentation of all account activities and financial recordsInside Sales & Revenue GrowthDrive inside sales activities including lead follow-ups, client outreach, and opportunity conversionIdentify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsSupport RFP/RFI/Legal Co-ordination and deal closures by coordinating proposals, pricing, and negotiationsReporting & Performance TrackingTrack account performance metrics, revenue growth, and client engagement levelsPrepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to managementMonitor pipeline, forecast revenue, and highlight risks or opportunitiesUS Market & Time Zone AlignmentManage client interactions aligned with US West Coast time zones (Managing from INDIA)Ensure availability for client meetings, discussions, and critical communicationsKey Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in inside sales, Account outreach, account management & client servicingGood understanding of invoicing, billing processes, and financial coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectivelyExperience working with US clients, especially West Coast, is highly preferred
