Role OverviewAs an Oracle SCM Functional Analyst (Support & Testing), you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support implementation, testing, and issue resolution across multiple SCM modules. You will play a key role in ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Oracle ERP implementation as an SCM Functional AnalystManage and monitor SCM-related Jira tickets across modulesPerform ticket triage and assign issues to relevant teamsCollaborate with SCM, Finance, and Integration teamsParticipate in daily stand-ups and project review meetingsAnalyze and validate business requirements for SCM processesSupport Oracle SCM modules:Order Management (OM)InventoryProcurementRMA (Returns)Subscription ManagementEnsure clear communication between business and technical teamsTrack ticket progress and ensure timely resolutionAssist in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communicationScope of WorkPerform functional testing for SCM scenariosValidate end-to-end processes (Transfer Orders, RMA lifecycle)Support drop ship and intercompany process testingIdentify defects, log issues, and track to closureValidate pricing and costing with Finance alignmentSupport data migration and install base uploadsTroubleshoot system, integration, and data issuesCoordinate with integration teams for interface validationSupport UAT cycles and production readiness activitiesDrive process improvements and standardizationRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in Oracle SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Procurement, RMA)Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM implementationsExperience managing Jira tickets and issue trackingStrong understanding of SCM business processesExperience in functional testing & UAT supportAbility to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Integration)Good communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferredExperience with Subscription ManagementExposure to data migration & integration validationPrior freelance or contract experience
