Responsibilities:Checking/Prepare detailed drawings for Substation Gantry & Equipment Structures and OHL Structures.Using Tekla Structures, Bo-cad and Autocad software to create 3D and 2D models and Coordinate structural systems.Investigated and analyzed existing structures to ensure accuracy of General Arrangement Drawings and Shop floor drawings.Checking of Detailed Fabrication Drawings up to 765kV Towers & Substation Gantry & Equipment Structures.Clarifying queries to production/fabrication team if required.Ensuring the Structural & Equipment Detail drawings like Insulators ArrangementsPreparation and Checking of Stub, Stub setting templates, Prop type SST and Modification Stubs (as per Site Requirements)Preparation of Detailed Fabrication Drawings up to 765kV Towers & Substation Gantry & Equipment StructuresGenerating Reports and NC files for project & fabrications.Have mentored the New Joiners in Structural Detailing and tools such as TEKLA, BOCAD and AutoCAD.Checking of Proto Assembly as a Proto Inspector/CoordinatorTransmission tower Checking & Detailing (Bocad & Autocad)Checking of Erection drawings, Shop drawings & Bill of materials in the Proto Assembly release point of view.Co-ordination with the Factory & Proto / Trail Assembly Team for the smooth assembly.Studied specifications, raised queries, and estimated quantities for OHTL jobs.Reviewed manufacturers' drawings and equipment such as insulators, conductors, OPGW, hardware fittings, and so on.Prepared responses to comments received from clients on drawings/design documents.Excellent Experience in Checking of General Arrangement DrawingsExcellent Knowledge in Calculation of Tower DetailingPreparation and Checking of Bolts & Nuts & Bill of MaterialsPreparation of Outline diagram.Skills:Transmission tower Checking & Detailing (Tekla, Bocad & Autocad)Checking of Erection drawings, Shop drawings & Bill of materials in the ProtoAssembly release point of view.Co-ordination with the Factory & Proto / Trail Assembly Team for the smooth assembly.Studied specifications, raised queries, and estimated quantities for OHTL jobs.Reviewed manufacturers' drawings and equipment such as insulators, conductors,OPGW, hardware fittings, and so on.Prepared responses to comments received from clients on drawings/design documents.
