• Manage housekeeping operations across cafés—cleaning, hygiene & deep cleaning• Ensure daily staff deployment; coordinate with agencies & update attendance to Facility, Operations & TSG teams• Conduct staff training, orientation & performance checks• Maintain consumables and equipment availability across all outlets• Coordinate monthly pest control, maintain IPM files & lead quarterly audit closures• Prepare weekly & monthly cleaning performance reports• Host fortnightly review meetings with housekeeping, pest control & operations teams• Enforce cleanliness standards and documentation across all café locations
