We are looking for a Data Engineer / BI Developer who enjoys working with data end-to-end, from structuring raw data to building meaningful dashboards that drive decisions.This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, requiring strong SQL skills, a solid understanding of data, and hands-on experience with Python and Power BI. What You’ll Do:· Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.· Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable visualizations.· Optimize reports using DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning.· Implement row-level security (RLS) and standardize reporting frameworks.· Write advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and anomaly detection.· Perform data reconciliation and ensure data accuracy across sources.· Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability.· Automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights clearly.· Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.· Use Python for data transformation and automation.· Contribute to data architecture and system improvements.· Optimize database performance and query execution Skills We’re Looking For:· Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualizations.· Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.· Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.· Familiarity with data warehouses and cloud-based data platforms.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.· Ability to identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions. Education & Experience:· 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or a related role.· Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL is required.· Experience with CRM systems or operational data sources will be a plus.· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
