The analyst will be responsible for financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities may include conducting detailed trend analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop actionable insights, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. Role FocusLead reconciliations across GL, WIP, revenue, and cost structuresOwn budgeting and forecasting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast) and highlight key driversAnalyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and discrepanciesSupport month-end close and financial reportingPartner with Operations, Finance leadership, and IT to improve data integrityDrive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancementsQualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial dataExpertise in Financial Planning and creating robust Financial ModelsExperience with analyzing and preparing Financial StatementsSolid understanding of Finance principles and methodologiesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis toolsProblem-solving mindset and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
