About the RoleWe’re looking for a Creative Designer who can work across UI/UX, graphic design, motion, and content creation to support both product and marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building product interfaces, creating visual content, and working on video and podcast assets in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate closely with global teams and work in US business hours, supporting both product and go-to-market efforts.What You’ll Work OnDesign UI/UX for web-based products including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screensCreate graphics and visual assets for website, social media, and marketing campaignsDevelop motion graphics, animations, and short-form videos (reels, explainers, product demos)Edit and package podcast content (audio/video clips, thumbnails, short-form distribution)Create UI animations and micro-interactions to enhance product experienceMaintain consistency across design systems, branding, and visual identityWork closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to bring ideas to executionWhat We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience across UI/UX, graphic design, and motion/content creationStrong portfolio showcasing:product UI/UX worksocial/marketing creativesvideo/motion contentProficiency in:FigmaAdobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)Ability to balance structured product work with fast-paced content creationStrong visual sense, attention to detail, and storytelling abilityComfortable working in night shift / US hours and collaborating with global teams
