The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills which will enable them to clearly present solutions to clients. They should be comfortable conducting research and analysis in order to establish a good understanding of the business at hand. They should have an interest in examining and streamlining processes in order to make them more efficient. Responsibilities• Identifying and discussing business requirements on ALM, FTP, IRRBB, BASEL- CR, OR, MR, BASEL Liquidity risk, SAMA, EBA guidelines, IFRS9 and regulatory reporting• Configuring Fusion Risk ARC to fit the requirements• Validation of requirements with Business experts• Preparation of functional specifications and use cases• Participation in system configuration, coordination of user testing and supporting testing• Identifying problems and resolving project dependenciesMandatory Skills Description:Proven experience in all of ALM (Asset and Liability Management), BSM, BASEL and Regulatory compliance- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience and Business knowledge on ALM, FTP, IRRBB, BASEL- Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, BASEL Liquidity risk - LCR, NSFR, Liquidity ratios, IFRS9 and regulatory reporting- Finastra ARC or similar regulatory technology experience like Moody's, FIS, OFSAA and so on- Strong understanding of the Trading and Banking book products- Business and systems analysis experience or banking regulatory risk experienceNice-to-Have Skills Description:- BASEL, EBA and SAMA regulations- Strong client handling and data analysis skills- SQL proficiency
