Role Description This is a full-time Junior Consultant role based in Bengaluru, with the flexibility of a hybrid working model to allow some work from home. The Junior Consultant will support clients in regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, assist in the implementation of compliance frameworks, and deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities also include preparing documentation, conducting audits, and providing insights to clients to enhance operational resilience and compliance adherence. Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills for conducting audits and preparing compliance documentsFamiliarity with risk management frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and ISO 27701Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skillsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of regulatory frameworks, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023), is an assetBachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or a related fieldProficiency in MS Office and other documentation toolsPrior experience in compliance consulting, auditing, or a related field is a plus
