The company is built on long-term partnerships driven by trust, collaboration, and personalized service.Role Description – BIM LeadWe are seeking a highly experienced and proactive BIM Lead with extensive exposure to U.S.-based projects, particularly in industrial, mission-critical (data centers), and electrical systems. This leadership role requires an individual who can oversee the full BIM lifecycle, drive coordination strategies, and mentor a team of BIM engineers while ensuring high-quality project delivery.This is a full-time remote position. The BIM Lead will be responsible for managing BIM execution across multiple projects, establishing standards, and ensuring seamless collaboration among global stakeholders.Key responsibilities include leading BIM model development, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, architectural, and structural), and ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and industry standards. The role also involves driving innovation, improving workflows, and supporting digital construction initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage BIM delivery across multiple projects (LOD 300–500)Oversee creation and coordination of complex MEP and electrical BIM modelsDrive clash detection, coordination strategies, and issue resolution using Navisworks or similar toolsReview and approve shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built modelsEnsure adherence to U.S. codes, standards, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)Establish and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflowsCoordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and global stakeholdersMentor and guide BIM engineers, ensuring quality and consistencyManage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocationLead coordination meetings and act as the primary BIM point of contactRequired Qualifications6–10+ years of BIM experience with strong exposure to U.S. projects (mandatory)Proven experience in a leadership or coordination role within BIM teamsAdvanced proficiency in: Autodesk Revit Navisworks AutoCADStrong experience in:Industrial projectsMission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers)Electrical systems modelingAbility to manage end-to-end BIM workflows and team deliveryStrong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and coordination processesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Familiarity with Dynamo or BIM automation toolsExperience working in global or distributed project environmentsBackground in managing BIM teams or leading coordination effortsWhat We OfferContract role with strong potential for full-time conversionOpportunity to lead high-impact U.S.-based projectsCollaborative, technology-driven work environmentCareer growth in mission-critical and advanced BIM deliveryLeadership exposure and opportunity to shape BIM practices
