You can explore more about us at , we scale, we are looking for a Growth Lead to drive patient acquisition, optimize the conversion funnel, and build scalable growth engines across digital and offline channels.Role OverviewThe Growth Lead will be responsible for building and executing Luma’s growth plans across acquisition, activation, and retention. This role requires a mix of data-driven marketing, experimentation, partnerships, and funnel optimisation, especially linked to healthcare / retail.You will work closely with marketing, product, clinical teams, and founder to identify growth opportunities and execute high-impact initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Growth StrategyDevelop and execute Luma’s end-to-end growth strategy for patient acquisition and engagement.Identify high-impact growth channels and prioritize initiatives based on data and ROI.Build scalable growth systems to support rapid expansion.Patient AcquisitionManage and optimize digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing).Build referral, partnership, and community growth channels.Explore healthcare partnerships with channel partners, affiliates etc.Funnel OptimizationAnalyze the patient journey and conversion funnel from consultation to consideration to conversion.Improve conversion rates across landing pages, appointment booking, and onboarding.Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments regularly.Data & AnalyticsTrack key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention.Build dashboards and reports to monitor performance.Use insights to guide growth experiments and budget allocation.Product-Led GrowthWork with the product team to improve user experience and engagement on Luma’s website and appIdentify opportunities for automation, retention, and lifecycle marketing.Partnerships & CommunityBuild partnerships with:Fertility communitiesWomen’s health platformsDevelop referral and community-led growth programs.Key Metrics You Will OwnPatient acquisition growthCost per acquisition (CPA)Conversion rate (lead -> consultation -> conversion)Patient engagement & referralsGrowth experiment velocityRequirements: Experience5–8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or growth strategyExperience in healthtech, consumer health, wellness, or digital health startups is mandatoryProven track record of scaling user acquisition channels in offline healthcareSkillsStrong data analytics and experimentation mindsetExpertise in performance marketing and growth funnelsExperience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced startup environmentBonus:Experience in fertility, women's health, or healthcare marketingExperience with community-led or product-led growthWhat We Offer:Opportunity to shape fertility industry in IndiaWork closely with founders and clinical expertsMeaningful impact on people’s fertility journeysHigh growth journey from 1 clinic to set up of 20+ in the next 24-36 monthsCompensation: 10-20LPA (depending on experience) + ESOPs
