The role demands strong expertise in handling student enquiries, providing career counselling, and driving conversions for MBA/PGDM programs.This position is best suited for candidates who understand the education ecosystem, admission cycles, and student decision-making behavior, especially in management education.Core Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & ConversionManage and respond to leads generated through digital campaigns, admission portals, walk-ins, consultants, and eventsQualify leads based on eligibility, interest level, and program fitDrive end-to-end admission lifecycle: enquiry → counselling → application → enrollment2. Student & Parent CounsellingProvide detailed counselling on MBA/PGDM programs including:SpecializationsCareer outcomes and placement opportunitiesFee structure, ROI, and financing optionsHandle queries and objections from students and parents effectivelyBuild trust and influence decision-making through structured counselling3. Conversion Strategy ExecutionImplement systematic follow-up strategies via calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetingsMaintain high conversion ratios by consistent engagement and relationship buildingMeet and exceed defined monthly and seasonal admission targets4. Institutional RepresentationRepresent the institution during:Admission eventsEducation fairsCampus visits and counselling sessionsDeliver presentations and one-on-one counselling with professionalism6.
