This role involves leading end-to-end data projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage data projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery• Define project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables• Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders• Identify and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance• Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams• Mentor team members and provide guidance on project executionRequirements:• 7–10 years of experience in data management / data engineering projects• Strong understanding of Databricks and data platforms• Proven experience in project / program management• Experience working with ETL, data pipelines, and big data environments• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies• PMP or similar certification is a plus
