Communication, ownership, and initiative matter as much as skill.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand associate, based in Gandhinagar. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing brand identity, and ensuring consistency in branding efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance brand recognition and monitor campaign performance. Additionally, the role involves creating effective communication strategies to resonate with the target audience and drive market growth.You will be the /"Voice and Architect/" of two distinct culinary identities. For Chatkazz, you will craft a high-energy, nostalgic, yet modern narrative for the Australian market. For Sakhi, you will build a soulful, premium street-food identity in Gandhinagar. You aren't just writing captions; you are conceptualizing the /"vibe/" that drives footfall across two continents.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute the marketing calendar and campaign roadmap for the brands.Design static and motion content for all social platforms. Edit short-form videos (food reels, BTS, festival moments)Plan and execute digital & offline campaigns (festivals, events, partnerships). Support campaigns with ad creatives, menus, and promo designs.Track performance metrics, report monthly analytics, and optimize.Plan & coordinate influencer partnerships and promotional collaborations.Manage vendors for printing, production, or event support when needed.Stay up to date with Australian /"foodie/" trends, TikTok humor, and the local Gandhinagar student/TCS/GIFT City culture.Daily & Weekly Tasks:Manage ongoing campaigns, creative performance, and ad spends.Create and schedule content batches for the week.Host weekly syncs with the team and Australia counterparts.Draft thoughtful, brand-aligned responses to Google reviews and Social comments/DMs.Share performance reports and insights with the marketing head.Skills & Qualifications:Proven skills in copywriting, creative strategy, or brand communication (Agency experience preferred).Graphic design and video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, Canva/After Effects).Understanding of Indian street food culture combined with the ability to write for a Western/Australian audience (Experience in restaurant, F&B, or lifestyle brand marketing preferred).Strong skills in Market research, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing with data-driven-logic behind strategy for optimization.Excellent communication and coordination skills with ability to ideate visual and written concepts quickly and engage diverse audiences with impactful messaging.Experience managing paid ads preferred (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Tiktok, Snapchat).Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field KPIs:Timely campaign delivery and festival execution.Content performance and paid media efficiency.On-time delivery of creatives/videos,Maintain the same visual quality and consistency across assetsCompanies Website:Chatkazz Australia: Street Food & More LLP: Address:Chatkazz Food & Spices LLP, Plot No.28, Satvan Industrial Park,Valad, Gandhinagar-382355.Salary Range: 3.6LPA to 4LPA
