Job Location : Bangalore / HyderabadMode of Employment : Permanent (Work Mode: Hybrid, weekly 2 days in office)Shift Mode : Rotational Shifts includes Night Shift as wellTechnical SkillsMicrosoft Copilot (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio)Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, environments) Job DescriptionProvide L2/L3 support for Microsoft Copilot servicesM365 CopilotCopilot StudioPower Platform AI / GenAI featuresTroubleshoot issues related to Copilot agents, flows, connectors etcSupport 24×7 CCAS coverage models across APAC, EMEA, and NAM (as per rota).Ensure Copilot incidents are handled in line with SLA, severity, and mitigation‑first approach.Coordinate with Microsoft Product Groups (PG) for backend investigations when required.Expertise on Case mgmt. and ChatbotContribute to RCA, post‑incident reviews, and preventive actions.About Sonata Software:Sonata is a global software company, one of the fastest growing in India.
