The role involves developing and managing sales channels, maintaining relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Executive will also be responsible for identifying market opportunities, executing marketing and promotional activities, monitoring competitor tactics, and providing timely sales reports and analytics to aid strategic decision-making. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring compliance with company policies will also form a key part of the role.QualificationsSales and distribution/channel management skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with distributors and retailersProficiency in market analysis, competitor tracking, and identifying growth opportunities in the Haryana marketKnowledge of sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing techniques for the liquor and spirits industryStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work on-site in Faridabad and travel within the Haryana market as requiredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA would be an advantageProven experience in sales, preferably in the alcoholic beverage industryProficiency with sales and CRM software tools to manage operations effectivelyAnalytical skills and detail orientation to prepare and interpret sales data and reporting
