At Concept, we are deeply committed to delivering unparalleled effectiveness and driving innovation for our clients.Roles & ResponsibilitiesClient Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships built on trust.Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement highly effective, omni-channel marketing strategies, including robust digital marketing initiatives, tailored to specific client objectives. Analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to pinpoint growth opportunities.Digital Campaign Management: Spearhead and oversee end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to amplify brand presence and drive engagement.Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling digital and traditional services, while setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal creative, digital, media, and production teams to seamlessly deliver integrated, impactful marketing campaigns.Client Satisfaction: Continuously monitor client feedback, address any concerns proactively, and ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction.Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular, comprehensive reports detailing campaign performance (including digital analytics and KPIs), project status, and overall account health. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: MBA, Marketing , Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Client Servicing, media/advertising agency environment.Sales & Growth: Proven track record in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.Operational Skills: Strong strategic planning, project management, and organizational skills.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Business Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
