Job Description for Program CoordinatorWe are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day execution and oversee the full ticket life cycle. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the XpertDox India team, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, accurate project tracking, and timely ticket resolution.The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent problem-solver, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining precision and accountability.Key ResponsibilitiesTicket & Workflow ManagementTake complete ownership of all tickets on the internal ticketing system, driving them through execution and validation stages.Ensure every ticket has a clearly assigned owner, defined scope, and actionable next steps.Proactively monitor ticket aging and follow up aggressively to eliminate delays and bottlenecks.Maintain high-quality documentation standards before moving tickets across workflow stages.Team CoordinationCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Operations, to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.Hold team members accountable while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.Reporting & MeetingsProvide clear, timely status updates and reports to leadership and key stakeholders.Project Tracking & DocumentationMaintain real-time accuracy of project boards on internal project management tools and ticketing systems.Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting workflow optimizations.Work ProfileRemote work ProfileWork hours -06:00 PM - 03:00 AM (IST)Qualifications & Skills3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or a similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferCompetitive compensation (₹6-₹10 LPA).Opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.A fast-growing, collaborative work environment with ownership and impact.Exposure to modern project management tools and scalable processes.
