Job Description – AVEVA ERMRole Title: AVEVA ERM Support Analyst Level: L1 / L2 (based on experience) Experience: 2–15 years Location: Pan India Role SummaryWe are looking for an AVEVA ERM Support Analyst to provide application operations and first‑level to second‑level support for AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management (ERM). The role involves incident handling, user support, monitoring, and coordination with L2/L3 teams to ensure smooth application operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for AVEVA ERM application issues and service requestsLog, track, and manage incidents and requests in the ticketing systemPerform initial troubleshooting and resolve standard application issues within SLAEscalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete analysis and documentationSupport users with access issues, navigation, data entry, and standard ERM workflowsMonitor application jobs, interfaces, alerts, and data synchronizationPerform routine health checks and basic validationsCoordinate with business users and technical teams for issue resolutionPrepare status updates, incident reports, and basic documentationParticipate in KT, transition, and knowledge‑sharing sessionsRequired SkillsWorking knowledge of AVEVA ERM (Enterprise Resource Management)Understanding of ERM / ERP application support processesExperience with incident, problem, and request managementFamiliarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, or similar)Good analytical and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and documentation skills
