Feel free to peruse our website for more details about our organization.About the Role:The Export Sales Manager plays an essential role in expanding a company’s global market presence and increasing revenue. By strategizing and implementing effective sales techniques, this position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities across MENA. The role involves a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances to tailor approaches that resonate with each unique market. Collaboration with local and Africa teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals is a fundamental aspect of the job.Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in MENA market for submersible pumps & motors product, including market research and analysis to identify potential customers and partners.Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.Market development & channel expansionFocus on pricing, negotiation, and contract management.Work on strategies regarding market development and channel expansion.Will be involved in Sales forecasting & reportingRequired Skills:Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of submersible pumps and motors in MENA region is a must.Commercial Management: Proven track record in pricing, negotiation, and contract management.Strategic Planning: Strong skills in sales forecasting and reporting to ensure targets are met.Relationship Building: Expertise in cross-cultural communication and developing long-term distributor relationships.Educational Qualification: Must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
