We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer / Deployment Engineer (L2) for a B2B contractual position. This is a 10-month project-based engagement, requiring onsite support, 5 days a week.Please find the key details below:Job Title: Deployment Engineer – ManageEngine Rollout (Airport Sites)Contract Duration: 10 MonthsRole & Scope:The project covers 10+ airport sites across the APAC region, each currently managed centrally with 100+ Workspace ONE licenses.The primary objective (Wave 1 – H1) is to migrate these sites to a ManageEngine setup, replacing Workspace ONE/Altiris.The role involves on-ground deployment, including travel to multiple airport locations throughout the year.Key Responsibilities:Install and configure local distribution servers (workstation or standard machines)Roll out images and patches across all endpoints via distribution serversGenerate deployment and performance reportsSupport installation and scaling across sitesParticipate in training/knowledge transfer sessions (initial support will be provided by the SITA team for the first site)Required Skill Set:Experience as a Server Migration / Deployment Engineer (L2 level)Strong hands-on experience with system deployment, patching, and endpoint managementAbility to work onsite and travel across multiple locations
