The Abroad Job Counsellor will provide guidance to International students in UK seeking job opportunities in the UK and assist them in making informed career choices. Responsibilities include counseling students, understanding their aspirations, providing relevant advice about job options overseas, and helping them navigate visa applications and documentation. Additionally, the role involves maintaining records of client interactions, building relationships with universities and employers, and staying updated on UK employment policies and trends.QualificationsStrong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skillsExcellent research, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of UK employment market, visa requirements, and educational programsProficiency in maintaining accurate and organized documentationPrior experience in student counseling or career advisory services is advantageousBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environmentProficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
