The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training sessions and ensuring that employees are well-equipped with the required technical knowledge.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training sessions on GST, TDS, ITR, and Bookkeeping.Develop structured training modules and materials.Provide practical, real-time case studies and examples.Assess employee performance through tests, assignments, and evaluations.Support employees in understanding compliance procedures and documentation.Keep updated with latest tax laws and regulatory changes.Coordinate with management to identify training needs.Provide continuous mentoring and guidance to employees.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR filing, and BookkeepingGood communication and presentation skillsTraining and mentoring abilityPractical knowledge of accounting tools (Tally, Excel, etc.)Ability to simplify complex conceptsQualificationSemi-qualified CA.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fieldExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, or related fieldPrior experience in training or mentoring will be preferred
