We are a full Services partner with Workday in North America.About the Role We are looking for motivated and skilled Workday Consultants with 3–6 years of experience to join our growing Workday practice which is a part of our HR Technology team. The role involves end-to-end implementation and support of Workday modules, collaborating closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.ResponsibilitiesConsulting & Implementation Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements. Translate requirements into Workday functional designs and configurations. Participate in end-to-end Workday implementations (Design → Build → Test → Deploy) Support unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution. Prepare and maintain functional documentation and design specifications. Client Engagement & Training Provide best practice consulting across Workday modules. Conduct end-user and admin training sessions. Ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption. Integration & Technical Understanding Understand Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) Support coordination with technical teams for integration delivery. Modules We Are Hiring For HCM Compensation Benefits Recruiting Talent / Learning Reporting Integrations Required Experience & Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in Workday implementation and/or support projects Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Workday implementations Exposure to configuration, testing, and deployment activities Strong understanding of HR business processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle) Bachelor’s degree needed (Postgraduate preferred) Certification in one or more modules from Workday Preferred Qualifications Experience in multiple modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent, etc.) Exposure to integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio, APIs) Key Skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
