We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our U.S.-based workforce. This role will act as a single point of contact for employees, drive HR operations, manage employee relations, and partner closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth people operations during U.S. business hours.The ideal candidate can come from a BPO or operations-driven environment, be comfortable working in night shifts, and have strong hands-on HR execution experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary HR SPOC for employees in the U.S. time zoneManage and resolve employee grievances, concerns, and queries effectivelyCoordinate with and manage the travel desk, including employee travel requirementsDrive and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and activitiesPartner with business leaders to support workforce needs and people initiativesEnsure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirementsSupport onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle managementMaintain accurate HR documentation, reports, and trackersLiaise with internal HR teams to ensure alignment and smooth executionDesired Candidate ProfileExperience: 4–7 years in HRBP / HR Operations rolesBackground: BPO, shared services, or operations-heavy environments preferredStrong understanding of employee relations and grievance handlingExperience managing or coordinating with a travel deskProven exposure to employee engagement activitiesComfortable working night shifts and supporting U.S.-based stakeholdersStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
