We are looking for an experienced Freelance EPIC Consultant to join a high-performing engineering team working on scalable products for global enterprise clients.This role is ideal for professionals currently working in a 100% REMOTE setup and looking to take up a long-term freelance or part-time engagement alongside their primary role with competitive compensation and meaningful additional income.Company BackgroundWe are a product engineering firm partnering with top-tier global organizations across consulting, fintech, retail, and consumer tech. Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead BI and reporting workstreams during Cerner to Epic migrationAnalyze existing Cerner reports, dashboards, and data structures and map them to Epic equivalentsDesign, develop, and optimize reports using Epic tools:CogitoClarityCaboodleRadar dashboardsWork with Snowflake (or similar) as a data sourceCollaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirementsEnsure data integrity, validation, and reconciliation across Cerner and Epic systemsDevelop data migration validation frameworks and audit reportsCreate and maintain documentation for BI solutions, data mappings, and report logicSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of experience with strong exposure to healthcare systemsProven hands-on experience with Epic BI tools:Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, RadarExperience in Cerner to Epic migration (at least strong exposure required)Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousingHands-on experience with ETL processes and data modelingDeep understanding of healthcare data domains (clinical, financial, operational)Experience working with large hospital systems or healthcare enterprisesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsEngagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
