As a company deeply dedicated to empowerment and innovation, Accordible focuses on providing training and opportunities to uplift blue-collar workers and is dedicated to setting industry benchmarks.About the Role We are looking for a highly execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads for Accordible across service verticals such as Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC AMC/O&M, Technical Manpower, Housekeeping, Facade Cleaning, and other facility management solutions.This is a hands-on growth role, not a coordination role. The person must be able to plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes such as qualified leads, meetings, site visits, and sales opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads with strong focus on Search, and where relevant, Display, YouTube, remarketing, and Performance MaxBuild and improve landing pages for lead generation with clear CTAs such as form fills, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and site inspection requestsSet up and manage conversion tracking, including Google Ads conversions, GA4 events, UTM tracking, and lead source attributionWork with internal teams to improve lead quality, not just lead quantityConduct keyword research, search term mining, negative keyword optimization, bid adjustments, geo-targeting, and audience refinementCreate campaign structures by service, city, and sectorRun A/B tests on ads, landing pages, offers, forms, and call-to-actionsBuild remarketing journeys for visitors, form drop-offs, and non-converted trafficCoordinate with content/editor team for ad creatives, videos, proof-based assets, and case-study-driven campaignsShare weekly and monthly reports covering spend, leads, qualified leads, meetings, conversion rates, and learningsContinuously reduce wasteful spend and improve CPL, quality, and conversion efficiencyThese responsibilities align closely with current performance marketing role patterns in the market, which consistently emphasize Google/Meta campaign execution, lead-gen focus, landing pages, GA4/GTM, reporting, and optimization against CPL/CAC/conversion metrics.
