We are looking for an experienced AI/ML practitioner to support a multi-week upskilling program for approximately Chatbot Engineers transitioning to production-grade agentic AI development.This is a two-part engagement.Part 1 - Curriculum Review and Sign-Off (One-Time)Review a structured curriculum summary document covering 9 phases of agentic AI development. You will be asked to validate that the topic sequencing is sound, the resources are appropriate, and the milestone criteria are realistic for the stated learner level. A simple sign-off form is provided with no detailed written report required. Estimated time: under 2 hours. Review conducted under NDA, with the option to do it in person at our Bengaluru or Mumbai office.Part 2 - Weekly Doubt-Solving Sessions (13 Weeks)Lead a weekly 60-minute structured Q&A session for learners throughout the program. Sessions are opt-in and question-driven. Learners submit queries in advance and you address the most substantive ones live. No curriculum preparation required.Estimated time: 1 hour per week for 13 weeks.What we are looking forHands-on experience building and deploying production AI agent systems and not advisory or research experienceWorking knowledge of at least two of: LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, MCP, A2AFamiliarity with RAG, vector databases, and LLM evaluation in production settingsPrior experience upskilling or mentoring engineering teams is an advantageGCP experience preferred given the program’s technology stackCompensationCurriculum review and sign-off: ₹10,000 (one-time, under 2 hours)Doubt-solving sessions: ₹2,000 per hour
