Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager specializing in Building Construction, based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring progress, and final delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards, managing resources effectively, supervising on-site activities, and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with safety and building regulations. Qualifications Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, billing, execution, monitoring, client coordination and delivery Years of experience- 17+ yrs in Building construction Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions for ensuring timely delivery of construction materials and supplies Experience in Inspection processes to maintain project quality and adherence to regulations Strong organizational, problem-solving, soft skills and leadership skills Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Immediate joiner is preferred
