Hiring: Recruiting Operations Interns (Offshore – India) Peer Consulting Resources, Inc. | Princeton, NJ (USA-based firm, Remote from India) Who We Are Peer Consulting Resources is a US-based staffing and consulting firm operating across telecom, IT infrastructure, Federal, State & Local Govt agencies, and title search services. We place skilled professionals with major clients across the United States — and we're growing fast. We're building a dedicated offshore recruiting operations team in India and want to train the next generation of talent acquisition professionals from the ground up. What This Role Actually Is This is a recruiting operations internship — not a data entry or generic admin role. You'll learn how the US staffing industry works, how to identify and engage top candidates, and how to manage recruiting pipelines that support real client accounts. If you're sharp, hungry, and want a career in HR, talent acquisition, or business operations — this is your launchpad. What You'll Do Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms Write and post job descriptions for active client requirements Conduct initial candidate outreach and coordinate interview scheduling Maintain and update recruiting pipelines and trackers Research talent markets across US-based industry verticals (telecom, IT, title search) Support senior recruiters with reporting, database management, and workflow improvement Who Should Apply Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience Degree in MBA (HR or General Management), BBA, , Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, or Engineering Comfortable working US business hours (partial overlap required — evenings IST) Strong written and spoken English — you'll be communicating with US-based teams daily What We're Looking For Curiosity about people — what motivates them, what they're looking for, how to connect them to opportunity Strong written communication — clear, professional, no fluff Organized and detail-oriented — recruiting is pipeline management at its core Self-starter who takes ownership without being micromanaged Interest in building a long-term career in talent acquisition or HR operations Bonus (Not Mandatory) Prior internship or project in HR, recruiting, sales, or research Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or any ATS platform Exposure to US or international business environments What You Get Hands-on training in full-cycle US recruiting operations Direct mentorship from senior US-based recruiting and operations leadership Exposure to multiple industries — telecom, IT infrastructure, title search Performance-based full-time offer for top performers A real career foundation — not busy work
