Hi, Greetings from EagleHires HR solutions Job Title: Civil Supervisor Experience : 3+years Salary Bracket : 4.2LPA Location : Tulsiwadi, Mumbai Job Description: Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance works including masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and minor construction activities. Monitor the condition of buildings, internal roads, pathways, swimming pool structures, and other civil assets. Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for execution of civil works. Supervise and manage workforce such as carpenters, plumbers, and helpers. Ensure proper utilization of materials and control wastage. Maintain daily work reports, records of materials used, and job completion status. Ensure adherence to safety practices and site discipline at all times. Coordinate with other departments to avoid disruption during events and operations. Report progress, issues, and requirements to the Head of Department.
