The team works closely on live investments, underwriting, and portfolio strategy, offering significant exposure to real-time decision-making. About the Role We’re looking for a high-ownership Real Estate Analyst who can go beyond spreadsheets—someone who can evaluate deals end-to-end, identify risks, and generate actionable insights. What You’ll Do Build & analyze financial models (cash flows, IRR, projections) Conduct pre-acquisition due diligence Research markets, assets & comparable transactions Identify risks, gaps & opportunities in deal structures Support portfolio tracking & performance analysis Partner closely with leadership on live deals What We’re Looking For Strong Excel & financial modeling expertise Experience in commercial real estate underwriting/analysis Ability to think critically & challenge assumptions Strong research skills & market understanding Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven Comfortable in a fast-paced, lean environment Good to Have Exposure to US real estate markets Experience across asset classes Background in investment analysis / VC / PE / real estate funds IndustryTechnology, Information and Internet Employment TypeFull-time
