We're hiring a Dental Ceramist who holds their own work to a higher standard than any QC ever could. What You'll Do Layer, stain, and characterize zirconia, e.max, and PFM restorations to a premium aesthetic standard Handle anterior aesthetic cases, full-mouth rehabilitations, and implant prosthetics including All-on-X Work inside a fully digital workflow — designs come from CAD, you bring them to life Match shades with precision, including complex cases from intraoral photos and video Collaborate with our CAD designers, model team, and QC to ensure every case ships flawless Own your cases end-to-end — from bisque bake to final glaze Contribute to our culture of zero remakes and continuous improvement What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience as a dental ceramist Strong portfolio of anterior aesthetic work, we'll ask to see it Comfort working inside digital workflows and with milled/printed substructures Obsessive attention to shade, morphology, and surface texture Experience with implant prosthetics is a strong plus Quiet confidence, clean workmanship, and pride in craft What You Get Work on some of the most demanding cases in India and internationally Premium materials, modern equipment, and a digital-first environment A team that values craft over speed and quality over volume Continuous training on new materials, workflows, and technologies Competitive salary, aligned with experience and portfolio How to Apply  Send your CV and portfolio (photos of recent work) to .
