About Crivey Crivey is an AI-powered UGC marketplace connecting Indian D2C brands with verified content creators. Brands get performance-driven UGC ads in 5 days. Creators get consistent paid work with guaranteed weekly payouts. We're an early-stage startup founded by a D2C brand owner who's personally scaled brands to ₹5 crore/month on Meta — so we build everything with a performance marketing lens. What You'll Own This is not a support role. You will directly own two things: keeping brands active on the platform and keeping creators engaged and submitting work. If neither side is moving, Crivey doesn't grow. You'll report directly to the founder. Brand Side: Personally onboard new brand signups — WhatsApp, calls, follow-ups Convert free signups into active paying clients by understanding their creative needs Manage brand relationships end-to-end from first gig posting to final delivery Collect feedback after every delivery and flag quality issues immediately Hit a target of 20 active brands within your first 60 days Creator Side: Onboard new creators, verify their profiles, and brief them on platform standards Run a WhatsApp community for creators — weekly updates, gig alerts, feedback loops Ensure creators submit work on time and to brief — chase, follow up, resolve issues Manage the Monday payout process and resolve any creator payment queries Hit a target of 50 completed video deliveries within your first 60 days What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, D2C brand's social media team, or a creator agency You've managed creators or clients before and know how to handle both sides diplomatically Extremely strong on WhatsApp and phone — you're a communicator, not an emailer You understand what makes a good UGC ad — you've watched enough Reels to know the difference between scroll-stopping and garbage You're hungry, not corporate.
