Job Description As a Field Service Engineer your main functions/tasks will be: Responsible for on-site installation, parameter tuning, and integrated testing of automated equipment and electrical systems; establish project technical documentation to ensure compliance with delivery standards. Support project management tasks to guarantee timely and quality project acceptance. Execute after-sales services per contract requirements, including equipment operation & maintenance, troubleshooting, hotline response, and technical guidance. Act as the core technical liaison among customers, partners, and internal teams; regularly communicate project progress and service updates to ensure information transparency. Provide product operation and maintenance training to customers; offer on-site production support when necessary. Maintain on-site customer relationships and continuously enhance customer satisfaction. Timely handle and accurately execute work tasks assigned by other departments and superiors. Job Requirements: Academic background in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering. Valid electrician license (construction/maintenance type is preferred) with more than 2 years of experience in mechatronic equipment troubleshooting and repair. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics, skilled in operating test instruments, and familiar with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-1200/1500). Excellent problem-solving skills, customer requirement - oriented mindset, ability to optimize workflows proactively. Flexible and efficient teamwork ability, strong time management skills, able to accept urgent tasks and strictly abide by safety regulations.
