The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. The role entails regular field visits, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Client Relations and Business Relationship Management Strong Sales and Customer Service abilities Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and maintain professional relationships Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable Knowledge of the local market in Panaji is a plus Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
