Websites:  Chatkazz Australia:  Sakhi Street Food & More LLP: Role Description: Manage end-to-end procurement of food ingredients, beverages, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies by sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding reliable vendors. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply contracts to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining strong supplier relationships for consistent quality and timely delivery. Monitor inventory levels across restaurant outlets, coordinate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast requirements, and prevent stock shortages or overstocking while optimizing costs. Ensure all purchased materials meet food safety and quality standards, resolve vendor-related issues, and verify invoices against purchase orders. Maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders, vendor records, and reports, while tracking market trends and pricing changes. Collaborate closely with kitchen teams, store managers, and the finance department to ensure smooth coordination and uninterrupted operations.
