Job Title : Senior Air Ticketing Executive (GDS Specialist) Location : Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years (Mandatory in Air Ticketing) Important Note (Please Read Before Applying) This role is strictly for experienced air ticketing professionals with hands-on GDS expertise. candidates without Amadeus / Galileo / IATA knowledge will NOT be considered. Job Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and independent Air Ticketing Executive who can manage complete ticketing operations without supervision. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in GDS systems, airline fare rules, and customer handling, along with a solid understanding of IATA regulations and Indian tax compliance (GST, TCS, TDS). Core Requirements (Must-Have Skills)  Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in air ticketing  Strong working knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo (GDS) – mandatory  Clear understanding of IATA rules, airline fare structures, and ticketing policies  Experience handling corporate & group bookings  Working knowledge of GST, TCS, and TDS in ticketing and invoicing Key Responsibilities Manage complete ticketing lifecycle: bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges Handle customer queries independently and ensure clarity before ticket issuance Clearly explain fare rules, penalties, baggage, and refund policies to customers Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and partners for fare validation and issue resolution Ensure accuracy in ticketing to avoid revenue loss or compliance issues Handle bulk/group ticketing and corporate accounts with proper tax compliance Ensure correct application of GST, TCS, and TDS in billing and invoicing Maintain proper documentation, reports, and audit records Identify upselling opportunities (seats, baggage, add-ons) Stay updated with latest airline policies, GDS updates, and industry changes Apply only if your experience matches the above requirements.
