Thus, the Group anticipates that there is scope of development of large retailers / brand in jewellery industry in near future. The venture will benefit from the retail experience, knowhow and trust build over the years with various ABG Luxury Retail Brands. It will also be able to harness the people, technical and operational capabilities from Group’s retail arms. The range will be developed as a proof of concept for an integrated offering and may be diversified with multiple brands post establishment of a commercially viable business model. About the Role This role is responsible for supply planning, scheduling, control activities, root cause analysis of deviations and process improvements. #materialplanning, #forecasting #automation #suupplychain Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Develop and manage supply schedules based on lead times, production capacity, BG limit and demand forecast. Monitor supply timelines and adjust schedules to meet business requirements and priorities. Ensure optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockout and minimize excess inventory Monitor and maintain daily, weekly and monthly supply & control reports and analyze exceptions Identify and highlight bottlenecks to execution of the plan and implement corrective actions Review business processes, identify inefficiencies/ gaps, suggest and implement improvements Critical Competencies for Success: Analytical Acumen: Must possess strong skills in data analysis, trend evaluation, and pattern recognition, with an unwavering attention to detail. Technical Fluency: Demonstrates proficiency and hands-on experience with production planning software, ERP systems, and data visualization tools like Power BI and MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
